Threats of Improv only way to get traffic moving during Edinburgh Festival

Terrible improv troupes, bravely spending Daddy's money, contribute towards a doubling of Edinburgh's population during the Festival.

Edinburgh's transport network reacts in the same way as a Scottish person reacts to direct sunlight - by howling in pain, then very rapidly crumbling into dust. In fact Edinburgh's tram network has even won several Joke of the Fringe awards, having laughed in the face of its budget, schedule and extent - it is also a one liner.

One Edinburgh driver confirmed 'If you perform improv at me, I will mount the kerb and slaughter the street performers by the dozen. And never have to buy a pint in this town again.'
