I suppose there's an outside chance, although everywhere I look I see them reheating old programmes from decades ago instead of coming up with completely new ideas.

Really? I never checked out any of these places offering to view scripts. I assumed they'd be a waste of time.

Bugger! I have a sit-com script I've been sitting on for 4 years. Just spent all day re-formatting it to the BBC requirements. Finally planned to submit it then realised it has to be a minimum of 30 pages and it's only 26! So now I have to get my head back to where it was 4 years ago and write another 4 pages or so. I was quite happy with it as it is.
Weirdly I wrote it when my partner Maddy had just died. I guess it was a kind of therapy. Now I can't find the funny!Posted 4 years ago # -
have a nordic scene of people looking at each other in meaningful silence for 4 pages. they prob cut it anyway :)
