A new bill being presented to Parliament could see a life time ban, from every football ground in the country, for anyone who has ever used the phrase "Brand Beckham".
'These people aren't fans, and they tarnish the game,' said Derek Warnock, the proposer of the Don't Come Here and Say That bill, 2010. 'I know it sounds brutal, but a short sharp shock is that they need.'
Aside from the sports editor of GQ, and the entire marketing and public relations industries, the bill has received popular support.
