See the McDonald's sub on the front page for how not to do it.

Your write! I had to shame them into making "Writers' Room" correct.

I love the way "it's" has an apostrophe, but "McDonalds" doesn't, but in the end, who gives one.

Westwell, "it's" is a contraction of "it is". McDonalds can do whatever they wish. Spend less time on conjugating the verb "wallaby", and more time on your English usage.

In the context, dear Rikkor, "it's" was being used instead of "its", as a possessive, and shouldn't have had an apostrophe.
Leave my wallaby's out of this!

I stand by my previous statement - Microsoft Word spellcheck told me it was correct. So there.

Quite right, jp, and shame on those heartless bastards who've got nothing better to do than criticise hard-working NIB editors. Fair makes my blood boil.
While I'm here, could I just mention that my subs on bishops' willies and osborne's balls have been cruelly overlooked for the FP, and are therefore ripe for the NIB plucking, should anyone be so inclined. (Cough) Good lad.

Next time it's my shift (if they'll ever have me back following Asda-gate) I'll bear that in mind - assuming I can't rework any of my own subs of course.

When it comes to possessive pronouns, I think mine's the best.
