Following the 'declaration of war' statement by Lord Coe, David Cameron has realised that thinly-spread UK military cannot fight on multiple fronts, and has withdrawn from the 'unwinnable' war on islamic state to focus on the war against the International Association of Athletics Federations.
Background research, surveillance and aerial photography data has revealed that the IAAF is equipped with only a skeleton air force and no seaborne capability. They do have some highly trained ground troops, but it has been calculated that a programme of carefully targetted air strikes should be able to soften them up for a likely ground invasion of their Monaco HQ, probably next spring in time for the Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival.
Military air crews partaking in the first forays are expected to routinely use performance-enhancing EF2000 Eurofighter Typhoons and Paveway II air-to-surface missiles.
