I sent him a publishing idea once.

By a weird co-incidence, he'd already thought of it, and they were soon putting the idea into practice. (or is it practise?)

Although not before I suggested it.

I think Mr Desmond might have a few changes to the format in mind.

Although, in deference to previous administrations, there will be a 'Milkshake' shot at the climax of each show.
