In Saint Peter's Basilica today the Holy Father announced the creation of a World Abstinence Day to counter the increased pressure on the Roman Catholic church to relax it's stance on contraception. His Holiness urged all devout Catholics to refrain from sex of any nature for one day to benefit world peace and help world poverty by preventing the creation of another few million people especially in poorer countries. Badges with the slogan 'Keep It In Your Pants' and 'Cross Your Legs' are to be sent out across the world. Sales of Kleenex Tissues are set to rise sharply for 24 hours.
