A source close to the LibDem 'Leader' has confirmed that Nick Clegg has vowed never to be a deputy PM again following the general election. They went on to say that the whole process of decision making, reality and hard choices was so alien to the LibDem way that it would be impossible for him to conemplate in the future. This was seen as a positive step for the party, who are trailing behind the Monster Raving Looney Party, as it takes them back to their wishy washy, fence sitting and opportunist roots. Anyway, continued the source, the Greens have taken on our 'nutter' mantle so let them wear the cardigan and sandals (with socks) going forward....
