@Malgor, yes indeed it is the very same Roskillys. I have friends in the area going back to when they started out, indeed one of my friends lived in one of the old Gypsy caravans that used to be in the car park (they were featured in a pic in a front page if I recall right).

Plucky: Any progress with the shoulder? It should be in the mend by now I would have thought. Been a few weeks now.

The shoulder is coming on, slowly, thanks. Its been 6 weeks now. The doc has told me it will take up to a year to heal properly. I am out of the collar and cuff now and can type with both hands!

Jeez a year! You doing any physio? Been given exercises to do? I once had to flap my arms with a tin of baked beans in each hand, after a shoulder op.

Yes I'm getting physio, after a delay. I have exercises to do with a walking stick (!)

You fall for the old bean tin gag, Scoaty?
Mrs L used to work in a hospital; they often played that trick on unsuspecting patients. Does absolutely nothing for your recovery but gives them a good laugh when your back is turned.

Started with tins of beans, then went on to weights.
