Jane Asher, the cake-tastic ex of Beatle Paul McCartney, has won top prize in a 'bake off' sponsored by Bero.
Celebrities were invited to submit recipes which were then tested and tasted by Women's Institutes across the country. WI members nominated their favourites and a shortlist was drawn up for the Grand Finale, held at the Aga Factory Shop in Telford.
A unanimous decision by a panel of judges voted Jane Asher's Brownie recipe into top place.
"I couldn't get enough of them, man," said John Selwyn-Gummer. "The more I ate, the more, like, I wanted to eat - not like those sodding burgers."
