I'm planning to undertake a lengthy forensic examination of the processes and methods of governance used by FIFA to conduct its affairs.
I'm thinking that I could use a nice new car and a luxury holiday, or maybe something sparkly for the wife.
And once I've submitted my report I can start on the I.O.C. next.
