In a last-ditch move to confound the swelling ranks of Yes Scotland supporters, David Cameron has approved a last-minute addition of a third response option in the ballot papers. The ballot will now read :
Do you agree that Scotland should be an independent country?
- Yes
- No
- None of the Above
It is expected that this will split the voters and allow the union to remain intact.
It will also give the vast numbers of "Don't know" supporters a chance to have their say.
