Angry Facebook users have been using their computers in droves to condemn Oscar-winning director Steven Spielberg for failing to prevent hundreds of Jewish deaths during the holocaust.
"It all started last week when one of my friends gave me a DVD entitled 'Schindler's List'" said Adam Perry, the founder of Facebook group 'bring spielberg to justise!!!(sic)'. "He'd told me that it was very powerful film, but I saw it as a piece of filth... Spielberg must have used a time machine to travel back to the 1940s just so he could film a load of Jewish people being shot. Absolutely disgusting, filming them when he could have been saving their lives."
The Facebook group has been gaining momentum, with over 500 people registering to express their disgust. Among the comments that have been left are:
"Absolutely disgraceful. Instead of going back in time to prevent 9/11 or save Diana the Princess of Hearts, he instead goes and films Jewish people being murdered. I bet he even got off on it, the sicko."
"In one scene, he even follows a bunch of women into the shower when he could have contacted the Allied Forces and had that camp liberated. I mean, come on!"
"While he was there, he should have taken the Ark of the Covenant he filmed that explorer guy finding and wiped out all the Nazis right then. Lazy bastard."
Spielberg, who has previously been accused of murdering a triceratops and filming footage of a boy playing with a alien, was unavailable for comment.
