Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith is said by neighbours to be still in bed with the curtains closed when they return from work at the end of the day.
'It's since he made a balls of Universal Credits,' said a neighbour. 'It's the only proper job he's had and he knows nobody will employ him in future.'
Although Mr Duncan Smith has has been attending jobcentres for years, he's failed to find gainful employment.
'This guy has spent years messing about with benefits,' said a welfare benefits specialist. 'I'm surprised the DWP's benefit fraud squad haven't rumbled him.
'He's costing hardworking families millions of pounds.'
Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne said it had to be admitted that it was difficult for thick people to get work.
It's predicted that IDS will be unemployed in May of next year and will be banished to Easterhouse.
