Christian leaders today published instructions on how to slaughter and prepare meat suitable for Christian consumption, which they have called ‘Dog’ meat.
In line with Halal, which is an anagram of Allah, Dog is an anagram of God.
Analysts believe the move is designed to convert people to Christianity in the Far East, where eating dogs is commonplace, whilst at the same time discouraging people in the West from eating meat, especially kebabs, where the average doner contains a mug of lard.
Christian kebab shops, butchers and supermarkets can now display signs saying ‘100% Dog Meat’ in their windows.
Opponents of the new guidelines described the move as “Holy inappropriate”, and Atheist leaders said the idea is “barking mad”.
