Exigo, first off congrats on completing your book and getting it out there, hope it sells well. First one is the hardest, so keep on writing. I can't see your book on Smashwords or Barnes & Noble (haven't got an Apple device near to hand). If you're not distributing to Apple and B&N you're missing out on a big audience. If you need info on this then pop onto my blog (Google Ray Sullivan sci fi zone) and search for Smashwords - they distribute to Apple et al. There's lots of info on there to help you distribute, information and distribution is all free. Ahh, the Amazon bribe. I'd be interested to hear how the three months works out for you. I'm not a big fan of Amazon's attempt to wrest complete control of the Ebook market but I recognise the deal for customers paying for Prime is good, especially as Lovefilm seems to be bundled as well now as a free Ebook a month. I personally think they could offer the Ebook deal to their customers without making authors sign up for exclusivity and let market forces determine the rest. Anyway, good luck again with the book and be sure to ping the NB subbers if and when you take advantage of discounting it (we like to spend our NB royalties carefully).
Very well done. I can't pretent to know how hard it is to write a whole book. "Lindy Moone" has published her second and has a charity anthology coming out later this year. I have a very small short story in that one and am inordinately proud. I can't imagine doing a whole grown up book! Well done you.
