Early reports indicate a stunning success in what's seen as a unique contribution between American military experts and online giant Amazon. USAF Commander Chuck Hagen said, "We sent it a shipload of Disney DVDs to a top Taliban hideout near Helmand province and were amazed to discover all of the insurgents had surrendered. They were won over by the compelling songs and animations of movies like Frozen, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid. The only conditions these tough fighters made were that they were given voice over roles in future Disney productions."
Amazon chief, Jeff Bezos said, "This is a unique triumph of capitalism over the forces of evil. Disney has shown there is always a better way despite whatever obstacles the hero or heroine faces. As long as they have the backing of a couple of funny, talkative animals, they can conquer the world. I believe that message struck fear into the insurgents and showed that they could not win."
Mr Bezos would not comment on reports that Amazon drones may be used to in Ukraine but did not deny that additional shipments of the Anastasia DVD were being stockpiled.
