The ‘groundbreaking show’ is very popular with people who don’t have cable or satellite and are unaware of Brainiac or Mythbusters. It has been blamed for a spate of school bullying as children who marvel at the ‘original experiments’ are marked out for either ‘not having Sky’ or for having ‘weird parents who only let them watch educational TV on the BBC’.
