Odd that the Scots get a referendum on continuing a union which has existed for hundreds of years with a country which uses the same language and currency, yet the British are not allowed a referendum on continuing a union which has only existed for a decade or so with a bunch of assorted countries, some bankrupt, who speak a variety of languages and use a range of different currencies.
I know this one - its familiarity breeds contempt aka the grass is always greener.
