There was uproar at Bradley Heath Academy earlier today when pupil Adam Pargeter was expelled for exposing himself to classmates causing much distress and possible trauma. The incident occurred after the boys had played a particularly energetic game of netball on the school's new astroturf pitch. Instead of putting his school clothes on over his kit and heading straight to the next class like the others Adam, 12, stripped himself completely naked and, walking proudly into the middle of the changing rooms, boldly asked the others where the showers where.
As children ran screaming through the concourse, headperson Angela Newperson immediately ordered the evacuation and cordoning of the sports complex. Police were called and a trained negotiator implored Adam through a loudhailer to 'put it away and come out with your clothes on'. "We take sexual abuse extremely seriously here" said Angela "and just because the perpetrator was a child does not make it any less worse."
Further light was shed on the incident when trained police psychologist Andrea Metamemory interviewed Adam later, gaining his trust by getting him to draw pictures with crayons. "The pictures were rubbish" said Andrea "but he told me that his dad had said how he used to enjoy a bit of fun in the shower after playing rugby, and often flicked a wet towel at the other lads bottoms." Adam has now been put into care while Mr Pargeter, 47, is helping police with their enquiries.
