Californian Leprechaun to sue rainbow for revealing the location of his crock

Lawyers acting for the Leprechaun claim that his personal information should not disclosed by the rainbow to a person or body or agency unless the rainbow believed there were reasonable grounds. However, the rainbow asserts that the area of land on which the coins were found, called Saddle Ridge, were very reasonable grounds, with a nice southerly aspect.
It has defended the decision, which was part of an independent freedom of information request. The couple who made the discovery had ‘made a wish upon a star’ that had ordered the release of the location. It cited the conditions that clearly state, “(It) makes no difference who you are. Anything your heart desires, will come to you”, adding, “If your heart is in your dream, no request is too extreme”. This was further backed up by the discovery of a four leafed clover which had previously been overlooked.
The Rainbow is asserting it has whistleblower status, and high public profile. This mean he is untouchable to those who would want to discipline him.
The Leprechaun claims the rainbow was in breach of the Data Protection Act, and probably other offences also, and has contacted the Tooth Fairy who is dealing with a very wide ranging investigation on wrongdoing. She has asked Santa to release his 'Naughty' and 'Nice' lists to assist with the investigation.
The couple who found the coins are said to be 'sitting comfortably" and are expected to be 'happy ever after". They have said it is "like a fairy tale come true!"
