Tulisa Contostavlos has appeared in court today and pleaded 'not guilty' to being a part of N-Dubz. The alleged singer was arrested back in June following an undercover sting that caught her on tape performing with the group.
Prosecutors told the court: 'Miss Contostavlos was filmed taking part in the crimes against music for which she must be punished. Not only was she an habitual performer with the group, she is also guilty of dealing Class D celebrities Little Mix to innocent members of the public.'
In her defence her lawyers have said she made many mistakes as a young women, including having sex on tape, but would never admit to something as embarrassing and morally corrupt as being part of N-Dubz.
A clip of the band - which also featured her cousin and convicted thug, Dappy - was played to the court but will not be made available to the media on grounds of public decency.
