Just in case any aspiring radio drama writers out there don't already keep an eye on the BBC Writers' Room. If you live in the South, just tell them t'whippets got in t'pigeon shed and they might let you in...

It's North of England residents only. How long in residence to qualify? Could cause a sudden influx of literary migrants who could push genuine Northerners out of work in the already poorly paid writing sector.
