The decision to issue a free scratchcard, two cans of Stella and 20 B and H to all people over 15 on the day before the election, Mr Deputy Speaker, is part of our ongoing commitment to social cohesion and equality and in no way reflects our truly pathetic attempts to endear ourselves to a disillusioned electorate.
