An on-line charity has been set up aimed at getting food and medical supplies out to the troubled Comet Ison
Remnants of the comet, which was declared dead after flying too close to the sun are now thought to have survived the tragic ordeal.
But as winter draws on, experts are warning that if the comet does not receive much needed supplies within the next few days it will struggle to survive.
Medicins Sans Frontieres were quick to respond, sending a team of volunteers out to the comet with bandages, some cured ham and a bottle of Evian.
The BBC say they are ready to go ahead with their live telethon ‘Comet in Need’ and charity whore Gary Barlow has already pledged his support.
Benedict Cumberbatch wasn’t asked to do anything but agreed to do it anyway....whatever it was.
Father and son comedy act Michael and Jack Whitehall have also been asked to go. Nowhere in particular, just go.....anywhere...please. Fuck off and don’t come back
