Participants at the last supper have decided to get back together for one last reunion, to recreate the famous repast.
April 17th 2014 (Maundy Thursday) will mark the occasion for the reunification of all of the survivors from the original twelve at the last feast before the crucifixion of Jesus.
Judas Iscariot has already declared that he won't be joining the party.
Obviously time has taken it's toll, and Bartholemew, Andrew and James of Alphaeus met with their own untimely deaths, and hence sadly are not able to join the gang. Peter, John, Matthew, Philip and Thomas the Greater have not survived the intervening two thousand years either, and will similarly be unable to attend. The descendants of Jude Thaddeus are considering sending a family representative in his stead. Despite various attempts, it has not been possible to locate Simon the Zealot, so his invitation is open should he be able to confirm attendance at the last minute.
Jesus is expected to make an appearance.
