The suspect under police surveillance who escaped through the back door of a bakers in Keighly, West Yorkshire has broken the order restricting his movement up to 3 times before it has been revealed today.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for the mans capture.
Barry Gubbins, 49, disappeared on 6 November after entering Greggs the bakers in shorts and T Shirt but left via a service door dressed as Hungarian-born American socialite and actress Zsa Zsa Gabor.
CCTV footage captured the suspect entering and leaving the building.
An eyewitness said 'He looked radiant to be honest'
The Yorkshire Police counter-terrorism command and MI5 have been searching for him since then.
It transpires that Mr Gubbins has slipped the net several times before in a similar way - In June he gave police the slip from The Museum of Natural History by wearing a pair of thick spectacles and a huge false nose. He has also twice evaded detection by leaving Ladbrokes betting office in Gipton dressed as Chewbacca.
'He must be getting changed in the toilets' said a police spokesman.
