Armed terrorist who were holding Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan have released him unconditionally after hearing that William Hague demanded his release.
The leader of the terrorists, Ali ben-Scari, said that terrorists all over the world are very afraid of William Hague, and will do whatever he tells them to.
'We heard his voice on the radio,' admitted Mr ben-Scari, 'demanding the release of Ziedan, and that was enough for us. We couldn't chuck him our of the front door fast enough. We were hoping that we could capture Zeidan without Mr Hague noticing, but of course he has eyes and ears everywhere, especially on his head.
'What alternative do we have? The very last thing in the world that we want is him turning up here wearing a baseball cap and saying "Ey-oop, lads, 'appen you'll let him go" in that weird croaky voice of his. It would be so embarrassing.'
