Sarah Ardle, 47, from Aldershot in Hampshire, has reported her GP to the General Medical Council for not secretly photographing her in her underwear.
She told the GMC that she had visited her GP, 27 year old Dr Simon Harrison, several dozen times over a period of six months, and each time had stripped down to her underwear. Asked by the GMC Chairman why she had done this when she only had a headache, Miss Ardle said that it might have been something more serious, and so she wanted to give Dr Harrison the opportunity to examine her more closely.
At the end of the final consultation, she said to Dr Harrison: 'You've been secretly taking pictures of me, haven't you?' When Dr Harrison denied it, Miss Ardle examined his watch, tie, shoes, stethoscope, clock and computer, but was unable to find a camera.
She then accused him of demeaning and degrading her by implying that he didn't consider her attractive enough to take secret pictures.
After being cleared by the GMC, Dr Harris told waiting reporters: 'I have never at any time filmed or photographed any of my patients, as I keep all my child porn on my home computer and I shouldn't have said that should I.'
