I don't recall ever having heard a joke like that before.
I came in here for something, but I can't remember what it was.

Once when I went to my doctor, he told me to take some painkillers and go back if I didn't improve. Think I got better, but just goes to show. Oh wait, was it painkillers or Prozac?

Either way, GP's should not be trusted. Turned out I had fractured my wrist! How embarrassed was he! Not at all! And there is the essence of my er, presentation. Charlatans the lot of them.
I would get a second opinion John, although if it feels like a first opinion, you may have grounds for your worries.
