The declaration of civil war, between Britain's divided public and private sector workers, has already hit a snag, with civil servants insisting on a 10:30 am start time, with a stop at 11 am for the tea trolley.

Civil Servants planning to hide behind their pensions...and have a big advantage over the private sector, because they can see all their personal details. Civil Servants shouting come and have a go if you want your passport application to take eight months...
