PPI claims handlers have now diversified by targeting ‘mis-sold’ marriages from 1987-1999. The decision to diversify has been down to a new discovery that married couples are not as happy as their Facebook pages perceives them to be.
Hidden charges from ‘mis-sold’ marriages range from ungrateful kids, temperamental spouse, unfaithfulness, poor career choices, lack of happiness, no savings and an overweight partner.
Statistically, 7 out of 10 people who got married between 1987 to 1999, are most likely to be affected and can make a claim at any time by contacting their local claims handlers based at their nearest registry office or by calling the national helpline on 0800 437 32858.
Mr Ivor Beenad, a spokesman for ‘mis-sold’marriages, said “it is a disgrace that people should put up with such a scandal and should act now to reclaim their hopes and dreams….in the form of cash”.
Divorced couples need not apply.
