The art collector Charles Saatchi has revealed that his recent poice caution for Playful Tiffery was a ruse of his to start a national dialogue over the issue.
Saatchi, dressed in the same clothes he had been wearing for a few days now, addressed crowds of journalists outside Kensington POlice Station earlier today. "I am very glad to have been able to raise this issue, which affects those in the playful tiff victim community, but maybe more importantly those in the perpertrator community who are often unfairly demonised in these situations. I'm greatful of this oppurtunity to give such people a voice and raise the public awareness of our plight".
Playful Tiffery is not illegal in the UK, but can fall under ant-social orders and can lead to cautions, as in this case, as well as social stigma as being seen as a massive wanker and nasty piece of work, and often leads to Playful Divorcery.
