Eliceanize ashmarinish has vowed to sue the council after her jacuzzi stopped working for the third time in one month.An interpreter told of the anguish Eleiceanize has gone through and claims persecution on the grounds of ethnicity.In a long line of complaints against the council, the claimant told also how her MegaStar Cineplex, which comes with eight large multi-screen theaters equipped by Dolby surround sound systems, has simply failed to live up to expectations.She also argues that the film that came free with the system, "The neverending story", actually only lasts 138 minutes.
The council denys racism, but said that there had been a thermostat on the jacuzzi, preventing the temperature from going any higher than 83 degress, due to health and safety reasons.However the claimant's solicitor argues that a false claim against the council for a health and safety breach is not possible with the thermomenter in place and therefore contravenes her human rights to freedom of choice and then the right sue after making the wrong choice.The case continues.....
