The BBC announced today that it is introducing a new policy concerning bullying.
'We have looked carefully at our policy,' said a spokesman, 'and we realised that our current bullying policy discriminates against bullies. And in this day and age, that is completely unfair.
'So we are allowing bullies to verbally abuse colleagues and humiliate them in public, as well as to blatently discriminate against them, and this is being headed up by Jeremy Paxman. We're also introducing special toilets where bullies can threaten their victims with violence or blackmail, and they're sound-proofed in case victims start to scream as they get a good kicking.
'We have also catered for the needs of sexual bullies, so from now on all female staff will have to wear mini skirts and tops with plunging necklines. Especially Fiona Bruce!!
'Er, anyway, we will continue our consultations with the bullies to ensure their needs are met and that we don't get our lights punched out by them.'
