The people of Afghanistan were said to be secretly quite miffed by Primeminister Cameron's unannounced visit. "I mean when someone that important is coming you like to make a bit of an effort don't you!?!", moaned mother of twelve Mrs Sarobi, "The lounge was in a real state and we had nothing in. I had to send one of the kids out for a packet or bourbons while I ran around picking up toys and did the washing-up. At least I was wearing my niqab so he couldn't see what a state my hair was in."
