Just dropping by to let you know that Quaz's mum sent me an email today.
She thanks everyone for their messages, and says it really did help to know how well liked Quaz was.
She also let me know that the JustGiving page in Quaz's name has raised an astonishing £1457.61, so thanks on their behalf to everyone who gave something.

It's good to hear that at least something positive has come out of this tragedy, and the amount raised on JustGiving is, as you say, astonishing, but also very appropriate.

Thanks all, and NB ed team, I will pass that along to the family.
Sinnick tells me that some employers offer a charitable donation matching thingummy, so if any of you who donated have employers who participate in the scheme, it'd be great if you could bring Quaz's page to their attention.
