Just in time, Paris Brown comes to the rescue !

Paris Brown: She's got as lot to learn. All over the wireless sniffling that she ain't a racist and trying to face it out. Then suddenly: Poof! Baroness T pops it and she's home and dry.
But the week-willed kid bloody well resigns. Jees! Did she learn nothing from MT? Who's going to give the pudgy spotty munter a £15k job now? I bet she quit school and everything to be a police comissioner. Probably have to turn to crime ...Posted 7 years ago # -

I think the "grown ups" in the Daily Mail and the like should feel ashamed of themselves for picking on the juvenile rantings of a juvenile. But they won't, of course, because they never do. She's a child for Christ's sake.
And for the Police Commissioner involved to fall back on "our vetting wasn't up to it", was a bloody disgraceful act of cowardice. Poor kid.

If memory serves me the best NB saturation was when Jacko died.
Days and days of it, they just wrote themselves.

Maxwell (deservedly) got a good kicking after he snuffed it. I suspect that most people regretted that he didn't have a grave that could be danced / spat / dumped on.
But he probably pre-dated NB.

My fave Maxwell joke of the time (think it was either early HIGNFY or Drop the Dead Donkey). 'I went to Israel to find Robert Maxwell's grave, but it was in his wifes name'
