Is Babacombe a euphamism for colonic irrigation, or perhaps the name of a bespoke laxative preparation?

Or is Baba a family pet-name for 'ringpiece' and combe an ancient and little-used Sanskrit word meaning 'to suck'?

Either way, I'm afraid I don't 'get it', even when it's reposted verbatim. Perhaps it's me.
