Well, strictly speaking "Pozidriv" is a development of the "Phillips Screw Drive" and is jointly patented by the Phillips Screw Company and American Screw Company. And "pozidriv" has the extra cross hatching, whereas the "Phillips Screw Drive" is more like a hot cross bun.
