Biscuiteer Godly1966 has announced he is still undecided whether to enter this week’s neato on the subject of procrastination, in a statement just released he explains his predicament. “I always try to enter neato but the problem this week started when I didn’t know what procrastination meant. I intended to look it up straight away but somehow I never quite got round to it. And by the time I had looked it up several good submissions had already been entered. This made me even more undecided on whether to enter as I couldn’t possible match the standard of all the other entries. But then I thought that maybe it is the taking part that matters and not the winning, this thought soon past as I remembered winning a few weeks ago and it is definitely the winning that counts not the taking part. As it stands at the moment I am definitely sure I may or may not enter neato this week but I can’t rule out changing my mind should the mood take me. I hope this clarifies the situation"
