I have found that all known crims have at least one very ugly portrait - usually with tired looking eyes, a glum expression, very short hair which is often untidy and uninspiring clothes. We see these all the time - on TV and in the papers - whenever someone is found guilty of something, ergo: the awful photo gives them a terrible self-image and a feeling of social exclusion. Crime then follows as naturally as missiles followed Herr Von Braun!
Dr Err-Smith was also the leading scientist behind the theory that Co2 causes Global Warming.
