A shock report has revealed that some Oxford graduates don't understand English or simple arithmetic.
The revelation comes after a man with an Eton and Oxford education failed to understand a passage in an Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) report even though it was patiently explained to him several times.
'He just didn't get it,' said an OBR spokesman.'We were shocked to discover that an Oxford graduate could be so thick.'
And recently the man's friend, who is also Oxford educated, announced he would 'focus 110% on the economy'.
The UK Border Agency said both men probably need to sit the Life in the UK Test.
