After a two year investigation by the Ministry of Health, Dr Frank Smith M.D., presented the findings of the report into suicide realated deaths.
"We have found that nearly 100% of the incidents have resulted in an earlier than predicted 'death-age' had that person not proceeded with the life ending action.
We are looking into alternative methods of reducing the likelihood of deaths from this course of action, suggesting longer lengths of rope, air-vents in garage doors and blunt razor blades, but at this stage we are still chewing the fat."
