George Bush, Not George W Bush.

George Bush graduated from Yale after completing an accelerated 4 year course in 2 and a half years. He was later appointed as Director of Central Intelligence.

You're right: it would have been the funniest road sign ever, if it had read 'George W Bush Center for Intelligence'.

But it didn't.
