The PM congratulated his Ministers on the successes of the, much-publicised return to work programs, designed to help the long-term unemployed, those changing their skill-set, some of which have already seen past successful careers, restarting them in a new direction.
Dancing On Ice, Splash and Strictly Come Dancing have been held up as glowing examples of what can be achieved, success indicated when participants are engaged in work for a year following training.
