Purveyors of meat-free fungus-based products, Quorn, have announced their new range of 'horse style' pieces. A spokesperson for the company said, "At Quorn we are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to keep up with developments in the meat insdutry. It is our ethos that non meat eaters should be able to enjoy the same dining experience as carnivores." He confirmed that the new 'Uniquorn (TM)' pieces would be added at random to the existing line of Quorn products and it is the company's aim that 'at least 30%' of all their dishes will be Quorse by the end of the year.

you could always steal the 'uniquorn' idea that rattled around and use it instead of 'Quorn horse' in your last line
...or call your substiture 'Quorse'
