Don't put this on the ticker! It needs to be a full-on FP!
Mind you, last time I said that, poor cinque's sub got totally ignored, so maybe I should shut up.
Ok, put it on the ticker, then.

I saw the headline and expected a full story to follow, so I'm with rick on this.
But I think I agreed with him last time too.

Well I'm not writing it up again, after my disappearing Romanian orphans last time.

Although if we do write it up, is there any way we can avoid the tired old "isn't it shocking/funny that martyrs get virgins" cliche?
Or is this the one place where it would actually be funny, with top Al-Qaida executives getting a million virgins, and the poor martyr in the street saying "what does anyone need a million virgins for?"
I still hate martyr/virgin jokes though.
And we'd have to be careful not to stay into the "Martyr sees himself more in management role" story from a few years back.

As Gordon Brown once so nearly said, I agree with Rick.
Of course,Al Qaeda bosses are striving to improve their results so that the government (select whichever takes your fancy) can sell their stake.
Fortunes of the company have waned since the crash of 2001 when they made a killing and things weren't helped when their CEO, Osama Bin Laden, was headhunted by an American outfit.
Etc

well my other horsemeat ticket just got used so I'll wipe away a tear for the Romanian orphans and move on.. I was going to do this one as a NiB, but there were a few 'corporate terrorist' subs when Gaddafi went, so there didn't seem to be enough of a a new angle

Like it as a ticker, but would love to see more. Nothing wrong with cliches as long as there's a new twist to it. Maybe I'm just easily pleased.
