David Cameron was 'reeling in shock' at the discovery of a policy dumped at Tory HQ overnight. The health reform proposal was left at Conservative central office, and CCTV shows a man in a dirty white transit behaving suspiciously at the time of the incident. 'I'm deeply shocked,' said Mr. Cameron. 'We've worked long and hard to ensure that the Tory party is entirely free of policies, which might get in the way of our soundbites. You've got to keep it simple for the electorate, and any kind of policy could tie their poor little brains in knots whilst I'm saying 'Broken Britain', or some other vacuous, feel-good nonsense.'
