I really hope he does well.

I don't,Sinnick.
If politics doesn’t pan out, he could always try comedy.
At least he got a new suit out of it. And a coat. But he looks miserable and a tad embarrassed. Will he go for pope?

He could try the next Italian general election in a few weeks time, but he would have to face some serious professional competition ...
Got no chance has he, but unless you are a 'favourite' (or black/gay etc) you have to 'serve your time' by taking up impossible candidacies before you get one where you have a chance. I can't believe anyone would want to play the 'party game'. The only way for anyone with integrity to stand is as an independent.
... or form your own party.
I hope Elvis Loves Pets and Beer, Baccy and Crumpet do well, simply as a reward for their initiative, originality and courage, and for the entertainment they provide. The results will be a crushing humiliation for any candidate who gets fewer votes than either of them.
